Role Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO in day‑to‑day operations and strategic initiatives. This role goes beyond traditional executive support, combining administrative excellence, human resources management, contract review, and business development support.

The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, discreet, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

• Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.

• Prepare executive reports, presentations, and correspondence.

• Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Human Resources Duties

• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.

• Support performance management and staff development initiatives.

Contracts & Documentation

• Review, draft, and coordinate contracts and agreements.

• Liaise with legal advisors when needed.

• Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality standards.

Business Development Support

• Conduct market research and prepare business briefs.

• Assist in developing proposals and partnership documents.

• Support CEO in strategic planning and expansion initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Law, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of HR practices and UAE labor regulations.

• Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).

• High proficiency in MS Office and business productivity tools.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
