Project description :
- The project scope was to install all the MEP works for all the shatters, administration building and the other facilities related to the Bernice military airport and the whole infrastructure for the project.
Location: Berenice- Marsa Alam- Red Sea Governorate-Egypt.
Owner: Egyptian Air Force.
Organization / MEP Contractor: Hassan Allam Technologies.
Position: Senior Planning Engineer.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Review the project status and highlight the critical issues.
- Prepare a recovery plan for the project to cover the project delays.
- Help the site team to improve the progress and manage the procurement plan to avoid any delays.
- Prepare a Report describes the current situation of the project and submit proposals to enhance the performance on site.
Data Center Building for Mohamed Nagib Military base
Project Description: Construct and build a data center building inside the Mohamed Naguib military base.
Location: Marsa Matrouh
Project value: 703,062,391 EGP.
Owner: Egyptian Armed Forces
Organization/ MEP contractor: Hassan Allam Technologies
Position: Senior Planning Engineer.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Review the project documents and prepare the pre-bid Baseline schedule for the MEP scope of work.
- Coordination with the Civil and Arch. Scope of work and combine the two schedules.
