The project contains 30 lab Modules, Laboratory Suite, public areas, Offices areas, Multi -purpose room, Conference rooms, interstitial area, loading docks and storage rooms.

Engineer or designer: Kirksey Architecture.
Organization: HSE Contractor INC.
Position: Planning and CPM scheduling Consultant.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Review the project documents and prepare the Baseline schedule.
· Review the construction performance, prepare the monthly updates and propose recovery options to maintain the schedule and avoid any delays.
