Aston Martin Residence

Project Description: Aston Martin had its first-ever real estate project, a 66-story
residential tower in Miami. It will be perfectly located where Biscayne Bay meets the Miami River, providing breathtaking water and city views.

The project was a challenge due to the amount of work and the project deadline. Our part was to review the performance of the contractor, provide recovery options to maintain the progress, and avoid any further delays.

In the end, we did it and according to Engineering News-Record – ENR, the project received the Best Project award for Residential/Hospitality.

Location: 300 Biscayne Blvd Way, Miami, FL.

Client: G&G Business Developments.

Main Contractor: Coastal Construction.

Organization: HSE Contractors INC.

Position: Project Management Consultant. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Review all the Monthly updates which submitted by Coastal Construction.
  • Propose recovery options to maintain the project timeline.
  • Highlight the critical activities and events which cause delays.
  • Support the owner to have better indication for the project status by providing Executive Summary Reports.



ONE WEST PALM Beach

Project description : 

One West Palm is a mixed-use complex consisting of two sister towers in West Palm Beach, Florida. The 30-story towers are 426 feet, reaching the tallest height in the city. One tower consists solely of 326 luxury units. The sister tower contains 200,000 SF of Class A offi ce space on the top 15 stories, above a 201-key all-suites hotel on the bottom 15 stories. Amenities consist of a 10,000 SF fi fitness club, spa, movie theater, indoor pool, two outdoor pools, 25,000 SF of meeting space, and indoor tennis courts. An eight-story podium connects the two buildings with a façade featuring lush greenery stretching from the top to the bottom of the structure. The podium includes six levels of parking with one below-grade level. On the ground floor reside 20,000 SF of shops, a daycare center, restaurants, and corner parks.

Roles and Responsiblities: 

  • Review the construction performance, 
  • Prepare the weekly and monthly schedule updates, and 
  • Propose recovery options to maintain the schedule and avoid any delays.
  • Study the project status, review all the delay events and change orders, and prepare a Claim using the Time impact analysis (TIA) method asking for an extension of time and cost.

200 East 59

Project description: 200 East 59 is a luxury residential condominium that pushes the boundaries of classic modernism. Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Analyze the schedule updates for the project to separate delays and provide feedback on the contractor performance and the efficiency of the submitted schedules and also define the delays related to owner changes to be used for Arbitration or Court.
