Contract Value $11,893,351.00.

Position: Planning and CPM scheduling Consultant.

Role and Responsibilities: 

• Study the project status
• Review all the delay events and change orders.
• Prepare a Claim using Time impact analysis (TIA) method.

Project Description:

The general scope of work includes, but is not limited to, demolition of existing offices, break rooms, and conference rooms, and interior renovations for new tenant layouts. The new tenant layout includes offices, open workstation area, file and storage rooms, copy and break rooms, and conference / training rooms, interview rooms. IT support spaces are also included in the design. New/ repaired finishes, mechanical/ plumbing work, electrical work, and fire protection work are involved for complete operational space. Phasing for this project is based on floor locations.

• Compliance between the USACE requirements and the schedule submittals.

Project Description:

The Construct Upgrades for MARCENT (21-1) – Scope of work includes but not limited to install Uninterruptible Power Supply system with its all-corresponding accessories including HVAC system. The project scope extends to apply new parking space lines paintings and replace the interior old acoustical wall panels with new ones. The Entryways doors also shall be clipped alongside the renovation of its surrounding areas.

The general scope of work includes, but is not limited to, Install Return AIR Ducts for 7N and 15N Room 2169 Building 501M. The scope contains mechanical works and painting. Also, the install Dock Leveler Building 893 is a part of the scope which includes but not limited to: electrical works, Concrete Demo and Prep, and Dock Leveler installation.
